Baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and supported by a wacky obsession from friends and family, Crazy For Cookies was born fresh out of the oven and ready to melt hearts. Based in West Wareham, Massachusetts, Crazy For Cookies offers a unique variety of cookies. From decorative and meticulously detailed sugar cookies to your classic chocolate chip, Crazy For Cookies has a cookie for everyone that will be sure to drive you mad and craving more.
Meet the baker
Hi there, my name is Rachel! I am the person behind Crazy for Cookies. I am a self-taught cookie baker. A mom to three handsome boys who have WAY more energy than I would like to admit. I am a wife to an amazing husband who supports me in my total obsession with everything cookie!
Growing up in Long Island, New York, most of my childhood was spent in the kitchen baking with my mother. One of the smartest things she taught me was how to bake.
Every year around Christmas time, my parents would bake thousands of cookies. They wanted to take a more personal route when it came to giving gifts for the holidays, so needless to say, everyone looked forward to delicious cookies every year.
Fast forward to 2011 when I decided to pursue my dream of opening a bakery. Well, life got in the way and several babies came instead. Since I’ve always had the biggest, sweet tooth and a passion for baking, why can’t I do both?
So now I’m living an even better dream – wife/mom/cookie baker. I’m the neighborhood cookie lady and I LOVE IT!
Outside of baking, I enjoy crafts, traveling, reading, spending time with family and corny jokes from my husband.
