These Italian Rainbow cookies are made with brightly colored layers of almond flavored cake, raspberry jam, and topped with chocolate and sprinkles.

Rainbow cookies are a common Jewish deli dessert and were originally made to resemble the Italian flag colors with red, white, and green. Very popular in the Jewish community, the middle cake layer was dyed yellow to make it look more like a rainbow and less like an Italian flag.

These particular cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months to enjoy later on.

 

Packaging + Shipping

All items are made fresh to order - nothing pre-made! Cookies will come carefully packaged in a white box, wrapped in wax paper and then nestled into a shipping box.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 72 hours of when your order is received. You will be provided a delivery confirmation so you can keep track of your package.
